returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or offer refunds at this time. However, we understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky! If your item doesn’t fit as expected, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size, if available.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any original tags attached.
- The requested replacement size must be available in stock.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- If your requested size is unavailable, we unfortunately cannot guarantee an exchange or refund, but will do our absolute BEST to accomodate your needs!
Final sale and pre-order items may not be eligible for exchange.
Please contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm exchange availability and provide further instructions.
PREORDER ITEMS
WHAT IS PREORDER? A item that yall buy before we physically have it in stock or before its ready to ship. All preorder items have a closing date; which is why it's important to order before the deadline. All preorder items will be marked out of stock if the deadline is closed and each product will specify if it is a preorder or not.
-If buying a pre order item and a in stock item, please note that the items will be shipped together and NOT split.
-If you are wanting to receive the item that isn't the pre order item sooner; please order separately.

When checking out click the pickup option If you are looking to place an order for local pickup in the South Alabama area please NOTE WE WILL EMAIL YOU DIRECTLY FROM @WHISKEYBAYANDCO@YAHOO.COM

WE ACCEPT CASH AND TAP TO PAY WITH IPHONE ONLY! please do NOT choose local pickup option if you are not prepared to pay for the items.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase-when checking out it is automatically calculated.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
